What we're all about...

Actively Happy Coaching is about deliberately and actively making changes and forming habits in your life that bring you joy, eliminate fear, and allow you to have a well-rounded view point of what “happiness” is. There are two important things being Actively Happy represents:

  1. You need to be actively working on your happiness throughout your life's journey and forming habits in your daily, weekly, and monthly routine that allow you to bring forth your best self and no longer self-sabotage. Happiness is a muscle just like a bicep or glute. If you don’t actively grow your happiness muscle, it will not give you the strength you need to be your healthiest, happiest self. There is so much you can do to deliberately be a happier person.

  2. Being active in your life and caring about your wellness is crucial to your happiness journey. Wellness is much more well-rounded than people like to think. Actively Happy Coaching will be your guiding force to help you work on your body, mind, and soul! All three of these things are connected and matter when it comes to truly living your best life and loving yourself through it all. Without self love, self worth, and tuning in to your body and health, you can not be your happiest self.
